SUN : DAY 01 / LOS ANGELES /SINGAPORE
Your exciting journey begins as you board your Malaysia Airlines 747 wide-bodied jet for the flight across the Pacific to the Orient. Delicious meals are served in-flight.

MON : DAY 02 / SINGAPORE ARRIVAL
Known as the "Lion of the Far East", it manages to be both modern and natural at once. One of only two cities in the world with a genuine rain forest, it is a fascinating habitat for an abundance of flora and fauna. Rare exotic species exists here, blissfully unaware that they are within minutes of the world's busiest harbor and a modern metropolis.

TUE : DAY 03 / SINGAPORE
Your tour of Singapore gives you a glimpse of Singapore City. See the priceless collections of jade carvings dating back to the ancient Chinese dynasties, visit the heart of Singapore's Civic center, past bustling waterfront into Singapore's Wall Street-Shenton Way. For a dramatic contrast in architecture, we proceed to old Chinatown. Walk through Chinatown to experience the sounds, smell and sights of this very old part of Singapore-then up Mt Faber for a panoramic view of the city and the strategic Straits of Malacca. You will be captivated by the world's finest collection of orchids at the Botanical Gardens.

WED: DAY 04 / SINGAPORE/KUALA LUMPUR
This modern garden city reflects British colonial past and Moorish culture.Young and vibrant, this city is full of diversity in it's people, it's history, it's culture and it's lifestyle.

THU : DAY 05 / KUALA LUMPUR
Discover the exciting landmarks of the city. View the splendor of the King's Palace. Share the glorious historical past at the National Museum with its countless exhibits. Visit the National Monument and view the impressive Parliament House. Proceed to the beautiful National Mosque with its majestic domes where Muslims worship every Friday. In the evening, wander and test your bargaining skills at a quaint local promenade; Petaling Street or better known as "Chinatown". Then dine at a local restaurant renown for the Malay cuisine and enjoy a cultural show.

FRI : DAY 06 / BLUE MOSQUE
In the afternoon visit the Blue Mosque and the Agriculture Park at Bukit Chaya. The Mushroom showcases a vast collection of the fungus planted on logs and saw dust. A collection of aromatic plants enriches your food in the natural state. A collection of aromatic plants like pepper, clove, nutmegs, cinnamon, lemon grass, etc. are grown at the Spice Garden. These are the same spices over which nations went to war less then 500 years ago. Visit the orchid garden where hundreds of different species bloom in as many different colors.

SAT: DAY 07-KUALA LUMPUR/KOTA KINABALU
Fly across the island to the "Land Below the Wind", as Kota Kinabalu, capital of Sabah, is popularly known. Tour the city visiting the city center, gold-domed State Mosque dominating the city. National Museum displaying tribal artifacts and ancient porcelain, learn how birds' nests are retrieved for export as a dellicacy and marvel at the view from atop Signal Hill.

SUN: DAY 08-KOTA KINABALU
Driving past rice paddies and malay houses, ascend the heights of Mt. Kinabalu. At 13,455 feet, this volcano is the highest mountain all of South east Asia! Indigenious peoples traditionally regarded it as the sacred homeland of spirits and final resting place of departed souls. Atop the cone, a nature walk allows time to photograph spectacular and rare flora adn fauna, including vibrantly colored butterflies and insects.

MON: DAY 09-ORAN UTAN SANCTUARY
A short flight takes us across teh tip of the island to Sandakan, home to the famed "Wilnd Man of Borneo". The day is reserved for an extensive visit to Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary for the unique pleasure of close encounter with the friendly "peole of the forest". Tread dense jungle paths and learn hwo orphaned orangutan babies are nurtured and taught skills they need prior to release back into the jungles. Fly to Miri this evening.

TUE: DAY 10-MIRI/MULU
Transfer to Miri Airport for flight to Mulu. meet upon arrival and transfer to teh Royal Mulu Resort. After checking into your hotel, depart to park Headquarters for registration and take a 45 minute walk to Lang Cave, known to have beautiful and magnificent stalagmites, flow rocks and rock corals of various forms and shapes which should not be missed. Proceed to deer Cave-the longest passage in the world! Experience a night jungle walk throught tropical rain forest and then back to your resort hotel.

WED: DAY 11-MIRI/KUCHING
Depart by longboat to Park Headquarters and then to the Penan Settlement to observe tribal lifestyle. Continue by longboat to explore the Wind Cave adn the Clearwater Cave. Late afternoon transfer to Mulu airport for your night flight to Kuching. Capital of Sarawak River, it is a lovey inland port with and interesting waterfron, landscaped parks and historical buildings. Known as "Land of the Hornbill", Sarawak is largest of the 13 states comprising Malaysia.

THU: DAY 12-SKRANG RIVER EXCURSION
Embark on a truly exotic adventure, our river safari takes us deep into the jungle. Traveling via the legendary Skrang River, thrill to a once-in-a- lifetime experience-stay among the former headhunters found only in Sarawak. Now friendly Iban proudly display village life for us, share cultural traditions and prepare a jungle feast regally hosted by the Iban chief.

FRI: DAY 13-KUCHING
Early morning depart on an exciting morning hunt with the native blowpipe. For those who prefer to laze around a dip in the cool river is recommended. Towards the late morning return down river for your journey back to Kuching. Return to civilization and tour the beautiful island port city of Kuching, former administrative center of the White Rajahs who rules until 1946. The highlight of this tour will be a visit to the world renowned Sarawak Museum with its vast and unique collection of native artifacts and Chinese porcelain.

SAT: DAY 14-KUCHING/KUALA LUMPUR/DEPARTURE
Transfer to the airport for your departure back to the States with a connecting flight in Kuala Lumpur Airport.
